CherrityMe collects funds in its account and transfers them to the NCO automatically, immediately after the completion of the fundraising or earlier, upon request for withdrawal from the NCO. All funds that come to us from donors go through the Payment System and are automatically summed up on the progression panel on the fundraising page. You may notice how the number of funds raised in the progression of fundraising changes a couple of minutes after your donation. We can't change these numbers ourselves, this is the authority of the payment system. Upon completion of the collection, we transfer the final amount indicated on the progression panel to the beneficiary NPO, under their control. This is how your donation goes to the NGO. And after 30 days, the NPO is obliged to publish a detailed report on the work done and the amount spent, with photo/video and documentary evidence. You will receive this report and will be able to personally verify that the entire amount of the fundraising was received by the NGO and spent for the stated purposes.

This usually happens within a couple of minutes. Occasionally - within 1-2 days. It depends on your bank, public holidays and the like...

Every CherrityMe fundraising has an NGO Organizer running the fundraising who you can contact directly with any questions by clicking the WhatsApp button next to their name. If the contacts of relatives or close people are also listed (for example, the mother's phone when the child is in the hospital), you can contact them directly.

No, CherrityMe is not an NGO. We are an Indian commercial company. This form of registration allows us to be more flexible and not depend on government and banking bureaucracy. But we preach the idea of corporate social responsibility of business to society and do a lot for this ourselves.

CherrityMe does not charge mandatory commission from donors. We rely on the generosity of our users to power the platform. The payment system charges a commission of approximately 3-4% of your donation amount. This money does not go to CherrityMe, but is retained by the Payment System for services rendered, this is inevitable.

Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment. But we are working on it.

We take the verification of NGOs and their reputation very seriously, as we greatly value the trust of donors.

Our main source of up-to date and reliable information about NGOs is the public resource guidestarindia.org. It is the largest and most trusted repository of NPO information in India and has been operating since 2010. More about it: https://guidestarindia.org/About.aspx

One of our first requirements for an applicant NGO is to be a member of guidestarindia.org, have a GuideStar Number (GSN), and have a valid GuideStar India Platinum or GuideStar India Gold/Silver certification. More about it: https://guidestarindia.org/CertifiedNGOs.aspx

You can enter the name of any NGO from the CherrityMe platform at: https://guidestarindia.org/advsearch.aspx and get detailed information about the activities of this NGO in recent years, such as balance sheets, audit reports, account information and more.

After After verification by GuideStar, the NGO will be allowed to undergo additional verification within our platform.

When we receive comprehensive information about the state of NGO affairs and reputation checks, we will offer an Agreement for signing that will govern our future relationship with them.

And only after going through all these procedures does the NPO have the opportunity to place their fundraising on CherrityMe. Even for the most advanced scammers, such serious barriers are an insurmountable obstacle. We took care of everything!
